PARISH FOOD DRIVE

CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME and in our own community and parish there is a need for a food cupboard. Over the past year we have given food to families & individuals who are in great need, but the number is growing. Though the Rectory has a food cupboard, it is not large ant at times it can grow bare. So we are asking for donations for the food cupboard - specifically items such as pasta, instant potatoes, sauces, broths or gravies, canned soups, canned chili or stew, macaroni/cheese mixes, peanut butter & jelly, tuna, cereal - anything that will help make meals. Nothing perishable. This drive will be held once a month on the last Saturday/Sunday of each month. If you can contribute to our food cupboard, that would be very helpful. We will remind you each month, the date of the food drive, and you can bring your donations to the Church vestibule. REMEMBER, the food cupboard is for those of our neighbors who are in need. As always your generosity is much appreciated.

We are currently in need of pasta, tomato sauce, tuna fish, crackers, cereal, canned vegetables and fruits, peanut butter, jelly, rice, and macaroni and cheese.
